About Catherine Fowler

Catherine Fowler was a competitive figure skater for 11 years. Nowadays she works as a group exercise teacher and runs a training providing company called Stretch-Body Training, where she delivers courses such as Level 3 Pilates, Level 2 ETM, Group indoor Cycling and Aqua to aspiring fitness professionals.
